How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 2-10 business days, depending on your US location.
How long does it typically take to process an order?
Once your order is placed, it usually takes 1-7 business days to process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
What happens during the processing stage?
Because of the high volume of orders we receive, we carefully process each one to ensure accuracy. In addition, every item goes through a quality check before shipment to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or product?
We do not accept exchanges of any kind. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order separately. Placing a new order right away ensures your desired size or item doesn’t sell out in the meantime.
What is your return window?
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing system, where it is queued for fulfillment and quality checks. For this reason, we are unable to cancel orders, even during the processing window. If you no longer want your items, you can return them after delivery in line with our return policy.
Will I get a refund or store credit?
Don’t worry — unlike many online stores that issue only store credit, we provide a full refund back to your original form of payment once your return meets our policy requirements.
