Returns & Refund
The American Blue will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
- Your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period – Returns
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, the customer must send a clear cancellation notice to us within this period.
After notifying us, the customer must return the goods within 14 days. Unless stated otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will refund the purchase price and standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, but we may delay the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
The customer is responsible for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check their condition and function.
